As a resident that lives close to the Bishopmill school, I for one know when I see in the minutes of a local meeting held on the 1st of February 2007 at Bishopmill school and it states as follows-

"Bishopmill Primary Area – Drinking and Dog-fouling.

Situation is improving. Officers have been visiting. Building

relationships. Locals are no longer too concerned."

that these people obviously aren't fully aware of the problems that are suffered by many residents including a lot of elderly in this area of the town. I for one have never spoken to a community warden since their introduction and from asking around there is only a handfull of us that have even seen one around here. So if anyone can shed light on how the forum can come to the decision "Locals are no longer concerned" would be greatly appriciated.

Full minutes from all forum mettings HERE.

Unfortunatly Resident I myself cant comment on the Bishopmill school area but I can sympathise with you and your neighbours I live on Hamilton drive and at weekend we get a lot of teenagers on the walkway directly behind our property which results in broken glass, litter and vandalism. However there is a distinct lack of things for the youngsters to do in this whole area so I dont see there being any easy solutions.
